Hi everyone,
Now that we are getting close to the May long weekend, I am sure that everyone is wondering about the water in the old campground. This is our latest update.
A member of our grounds committee has obtained an update on the water situation at the lake.
The Park is attempting to turn the water on this week , and we will know later in the week if they were successful or not .
However, Kevin Bachewich sent this reminder :
“all Visitor Service Facilities remain closed in the park. This means no access to cook shacks, shower building, parking lots, boating or washrooms. Basically cabin owners should stay at their cabins and if going anywhere else should follow MB Health recommendations. We continue to discourage non essential travel. ”
I will send an update as soon as we hear from the Park whether the had success turning on the water or not.
