Rob Smith & Son, Backhoe & Trucking Ltd., from Neepawa, MB was awarded the contract from The Park to install the sewer and water lines to each individual cabin, as well as the extra 30 lots that have been added for lease, making a total of 555 installations in the cabin area. They started digging the main trench on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the corner of 1st Street and N Avenue. They had difficulty finding the main water line here but once that was found they are proceeding north on 1st Street. They are now in the process of digging the trenches and laying the water and sewer lines to the individual cabins on both sides of 1st Street North.
