The heavy rains that we experienced on Monday, September 23/13 slowed construction considerably but Tuesday was a productive day. 2nd Street North has all the boxes in to the individual cabins and they are now installing the boxes on 2nd Street South to the green space. They have installed the sewer and water lines on 3rd Street North and 3rd Street South to the green space but no connection boxes yet. Construction is going well but it is very muddy right now.
